Prior to the world of nutrition, I used to think that being tired was normal.  I never took the time to think about how the food I ate made me feel.  I didn’t realize how badly stress could affect my body, causing weight gain, and all sorts of other issues.  Food does matter and real food is powerful.  I'm determined to help make healthy eating easy and enjoyable so that it becomes a part of your lifestyle.
